Archive function and its impact on administrative corruptio

Abstract

Documents and archives are considered like a source of information and evidence for hundreds of processes, if present levels of archival organization and meet the requirements of document management, otherwise from these cases can be generated countless of corruption. For this reason, we did a qualitative investigation to determine the role of the archival function and its impact on administrative corruption. We took two important entities listed in the “Nacional Transparencia por Colombia”, where interviews were conducted to establish the appropriate grouped categories and subcategories that most recurrent patterns and its relationship with the research highlights of the interviews. After analyzing the information is built networks of meaning and the matrix analysis of information tools to further develop the research objective.
