EXPERIENCE OF A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITY AT THE NATIONAL LIBRARY OF FRANCE: PRACTICES OF TRANSMISSION, PRACTICAL GUIDANCE TO THE READER

Abstract

Description of an evaluation of performance of the Public Services Section personnel at the National Library of France, based on the research methodology known as clinical analysis of the activity, branch of Work Psychology, widely used in France. It takes as its aim, the development of professionals as subjects and the development of the groups formed based on the review of their professional exercise. The work is sustained in image records of the professional practices, recorded by an external researcher, which will give place to debates, reflections and controversies between the participants in order to enrich, rationalize and make such activities objective for personal and institutional benefit.
