COLLABORATIVE WORKING METHODS AND TASKS IN INFORMATIVE DOCUMENTATION

Abstract

The desirable rupture of the existing digital gap among different countries and inside them has looked for solutions from the information technologies themselves. In the case of the mass media documentary systems it is possible to emphasize the non privative search of instruments characterized by the free access to the information and by establishing cooperation links. This article discusses about the advantages and disadvantages shown in three recent instruments of content analysis and management, in special but nonexclusive application to the press archives: free software for the documentary management of digital newspapers, the folksonomies by which the contents are cooperatively indexed, and finally, the use of ontology.
