Proposal for an Electronic Document Management Model for the improvement of the administrative processes of the SENA Regional Casanare

Abstract

The purpose of this degree project is to resolve the issue of the Regional Sena Casanare in the face of weaknesses in document management and its impact on the findings of audits performed by the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR) to the management of the Seine, which It seeks to contribute from the knowledge in Document Management, to the improvement of work performance, with the proposal of an Electronic Document Management model. The investigation was based on the diagnosis of the current situation of the support processes for the Seine mission that allowed to identify the development of its Document Management, the description of the findings detected in the audits carried out at the Seine Regional Casanare from the year 2005 to the year 2017 and its relationship with the Document Management process, to subsequently formulate the improvement plan and the proposal for an electronic document management model.
