Reticular Structures in the Dynamics of Knowledge-Based Knowledge Production in the University Context

Abstract

This paper has the purpose of establishing with theoretical foundations the implications that produce the networks structures called cliques and hubs, in the dynamics of the creation of knowledge in the university context. In this sense it is approached at first, the identification of the relations that exist between the formation of cliques for the integration of meso-research organizations and the increasing of the efficiency of these units in the production of knowledge. Also it is established as the conformation of hubs of investigation (circuits of investigation) increases the capacity of the investigators to innovate in the production of new knowledge.
